By order of the Princely District Court dated 30 June 2026, restructuring proceedings with self-administration were opened and MMag. Dr. Dominik Schatzmann was appointed as restructuring administrator of Multitalent AG (FL-0002.573.457-7).
In this capacity, Dr. Schatzmann supervises the restructuring proceedings, ensures the orderly conduct of the proceedings and safeguards the interests of the creditors within the framework of the statutory procedure.
The essential content of the proposed restructuring plan provides for a quota of 21% for insolvency creditors. This quota is to be paid in three instalments and fully satisfied within a maximum period of 24 months following the acceptance of the restructuring plan.
All creditors are requested to bring the supporting documents required to substantiate their claims to the hearing scheduled for 16 September 2026, unless such documents have already been submitted together with the claim registration.
All parties entitled to separation of assets (Aussonderungsberechtigte) as well as secured creditors (Absonderungsgläubiger) with claims relating to income from an employment relationship or other recurring payments with an income replacement function are likewise requested to file their claims with the restructuring administrator by no later than 2 September 2026.
The appointed restructuring administrator, Dr. Dominik Schatzmann, is available to assist the parties involved with matters relating to the proceedings and will ensure the proper handling of the proceedings with the required diligence and transparency.
